Internal Sales Representative

Foyne Jones are recruiting an Internal Sales Representative on behalf of a well-established and growing business within the construction materials sector. Supplying products and services to customers across the industry, this business has built a strong reputation for service and is looking to invest in the next Internal Sales Representative to join their team.

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role supporting both the sales and administration functions while delivering excellent customer service.

• Follow up customer enquiries and communicate with customers via phone and email
• Process sales orders, prepare quotations and confirm deliveries with customers
• Support the wider sales team and external sales managers with day-to-day activities
• Liaise with internal departments and production teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Assist with accounts administration including invoice matching, supplier purchase orders and document management
