We are now seeking a talented Branch Manager to join the company in their successful Staples Corner branch.

As Branch Manager you will

• Manage the £5m+ branch daily ensuring you and your team meet or exceed critical sales targets.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is standard within your team of 10, ensuring you fill any training gaps and create a strong knowledge bank within the branch. You will identify and promote internal development and personal growth.
• Work in partnership with the wider business to ensure you create an efficient, helpful and friendly base for builders to purchase their supplies.
