Location: Dartford | Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + bonus

We're looking for a confident, organised, and driven Assistant Manager to join our thriving Plumbing and Heating branch in Dartford. What you'll be doing:

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone

• Placing and managing orders with suppliers

• Supporting day-to-day branch operations alongside the Branch Manager

• Ensuring stock is maintained and well-presented

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing and heating products

• A track record in trade counter sales or merchant environments

• Someone who's highly organised, meticulous, and takes pride in getting the details right

• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
